Part of the survey collected data from businesses in Canada who sold or purchased goods or services across provincial and territorial borders and the obstacles they faced when conducting interprovincial trade. The reasons behind businesses deciding not to purchase or sell goods or services across provincial and territorial borders were also captured in this iteration.
