It is designed for a broad audience that includes health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and the general public. New articles are published electronically each month.

It combines information from the Canadian Housing Statistics Program on homeowners in seven provinces—Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia—with immigration data for individuals that were admitted as permanent residents between 2017 and 2021. This is the second in a series of articles published in Housing Statistics in Canada investigating homeownership among newcomers to Canada.

The information collected will be used to better understand the various methods people use to resolve problems - not just formal systems such as courts and tribunals, but also informal channels such as self-help strategies.

Description: The purpose of this survey is to collect information on the provision of child care services in Canada for children ages 12 and under at the national, provincial and territorial level. Data is collected from licensed and unlicensed home-based and centre-based child care providers. Questions will be asked about staff, services provided, enrollment and daily fees as well as the extent of challenges related to COVID-19. The data will be used by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for policy research and development.
