From the beginning of October to early November 2022, Statistics Canada conducted the Canadian Survey on Business Conditions (CSBC) to collect information on the environment businesses are currently operating in and their expectations moving forward. While there is some degree of crossover between these two sub-populations, they are two distinct groups and face different challenges.
