An examination of changes in the nature of police-reported incidents of sex-trade-related offences is presented, along with characteristics of persons accused of these crimes, victim characteristics and court case outcomes. Findings related to the different types of offences are presented using two five-year periods of pooled data (2010 to 2014 and 2015 to 2019), before and after the change in legislation.
