Thanksgiving—what's on the menu? For many Canadians, Thanksgiving weekend signals the true arrival of fall: raking leaves, harvesting vegetable gardens, and enjoying a great meal with family and friends.
Today, Statistics Canada highlights food items served by many Canadians on their Thanksgiving menu, in an infographic titled "Thanksgiving: Around the harvest table". Using data from various sources, this infographic offers interesting facts on production, farm cash receipts and retail prices, and nutritional facts.
