Real gross domestic product expanded 0.3% in May, as both goods-producing and services-producing industries expanded in the month.

Primary energy production increased 2.7% year over year in May to 2.0 million gigajoules, with gains in five of six subsectors.

Screened passenger traffic at Canadian airports, June 2026
In June, 5.2 million passengers passed through pre-board security screening at checkpoints operated at Canada's eight largest airports, edging up 0.6% from June 2025.

Poultry and egg statistics, July 2026
Poultry and egg statistics are available for Canada and the provinces. Data on stocks of frozen eggs and poultry meats, as well as edible dried egg products, are available for May to July 2026. Data on the placements of hatchery chicks and turkey poults are available for April to June 2026, and data on egg production are available for March to May 2026.
