Correspondence files linking 2018 health regions to 2016 Census geographic codes as well as boundary files are now available in the publication Health Regions: Boundaries and Correspondence with Census Geography.
This issue describes in detail the health region limits as of December 2018 and their correspondence with the 2016 and 2011 census geography. Health regions are defined by the provinces and represent areas or regions of interest to health authorities. This product contains correspondence files (linking health regions to census geographic codes) and boundary files.
