The Canadian Health Measures Survey Cycle 4 (2014 and 2015) Medication data file is now available.
The file includes collected information from the household and clinic questionnaires on self-reported medication use. It also includes collected and derived information for a subset of prescription or over-the-counter medication or other health products containing one of the following ingredients: calcium, folic acid, iodine, iron, magnesium, omega-3, omega-6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, or zinc.
Note to readers
The Canadian Health Measures Survey Cycle 4 was conducted from January 2014 to December 2015.
Weight files and instructions are available for combining cycle 4 Canadian Health Measures Survey data (where possible) with equivalent data from cycles 1 to 3.
