The Juristat article "Profile of child-related family law cases in civil court, 2011/2012" is now available. Using data from the Civil Court Survey, the article examines family law cases related to child protection, custody, access and child support within the civil court system in eight reporting provinces and territories (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).
