4 in 10 OLM enterprises were incorporated. Just under 1 in 5 were incorporated enterprises with more than one employee. These proportions are higher than those observed for other enterprises.

The shares of total employment and total payroll represented by OLM enterprises decreased slightly from 2016 to 2021, among incorporated enterprises with more than 1 and less than 5000 employees.
