| Stocks of Frozen and Chilled Meats
July 2006 This bulletin presents data on stocks of frozen and chilled meats at the wholesale level obtained from a quarterly census of known cold storage establishments registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Included are such facilities as meat packers, wholesale butchers, abattoirs, and central warehouses of large retail grocery stores. Data not received in time for publication for the current period are estimated through imputation until such time as actual data are available.
