Do you need business and trade statistics?Be sure to consult these products as well: CANSIM CANSIM  CANSIM is a comprehensive statistics database that contains more than 18 million time series covering labour, health, income, trade, education, manufacturing and investment. Available on a fee-for-service basis, coverage begins as far back as 1914, but most data start in the 1970s. Pricing information, a users' guide, a FAQ, a Newsflash page (releases, updates, and revisions) and a table directory is provided for ease of use. Searching is offered by subject, text search, table number, series number or survey number.
Economic Indicators, Latest Labour Force Release, and Latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) Release When entering the Daily module, you will see buttons on the left side navigational bar that will bring you to the latest economic indicators, labour force and CPI statistics. A PDF version of the labour force and CPI reports is also offered.
International Trade Statistics The International Trade Statistics page directs you to useful tools to aid in finding relevant information. For example, the fee-based Canadian International Merchandise Trade database gives detailed trade data at the 8- and 10-digit commodity level (Harmonized System). Results in value (dollars) are provided monthly for customized examination of trade trends with a particular foreign market or for a specific commodity.
