However, comprehensive data on the numbers, sociodemographic characteristics and labour market outcomes of internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) remain scarce. Based on the 2006 and 2011 Canadian Census Health and Environment Cohorts (CanCHECs), this study extends previous work by separately reporting the hospitalization rates for two cohorts of First Nations children and youth living on or off reserve, Métis children and youth, and Inuit children and youth living in Inuit Nunangat (excluding Nunavik), relative to the rates among non-Indigenous children and youth.

Results are ordered by a combination of where the search term appears in the content, e.g., if it appears in the title, it likely means the product is more relevant to your search; how up to date or new the content in the product is; how popular the product is; and other factors.
  • By title – sorts results alphabetically.
