Canada owes the success of its Census of Agriculture to a long-standing partnership between Statistics Canada, Canadian farmers, farm organizations, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and other federal departments, provincial departments of agriculture, industry partners and other stakeholders. Accurate, relevant and timely statistical information could not be produced without all your continued co-operation and goodwill.

Statistics Canada would like to thank everyone who attended a data workshop and prepared a submission for the Census of Agriculture content review. We would also like to thank all of the agricultural producers who spent their precious time participating in a focus group, receiving Statistics Canada employees in their home for one-on-one testing or voluntarily participating in the May 2019 Census of Agriculture Test.
