It is largely unknown how changes to work arrangements since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic have impacted persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Canada. This article focuses on whether needs and unmet needs for workplace accommodations (WPAs) among employed Canadians with disabilities have changed since 2017, with the widespread deployment of working from home and digital technologies.
