Newfoundland and Labrador was down 10.9%, Prince Edward Island was up 1.5%, Nova Scotia was up 15.2%, New Brunswick was down 12.5%, Quebec was down 1.1%, Ontario was up 1.2%, Manitoba was down 7.8%, Saskatchewan was down 1.1%, Alberta was up 0.1%, British Columbia was up 0.5%, Yukon was down 10.3%, Northwest Territories was up 1847.8%, total investment for Nunavut was too unreliable to be published.

Row homes: Market share was 10.0%, total investment totalled $576.5 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 6.5% or $35.1 million.

Condo and rental apartments: Market share was 45.5%, total investment totalled $2,617.5 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 11.2% or $263.0 million.
