Data for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for 2018 and 2019 were not available when this document was published. Labour Force Survey (LFS) estimates for Canada are derived using the results of the LFS in the provinces; the territories are not included. NEET (not in employment, education or trainingt) rates for Canada are calculated using the months from September to April. Thus, "2019" refers to the period from September 2018 to April 2019. NEET rates for the OECD were calculated using the average of the first three months of the calendar year.
