This publication presents national and provincial data on generating capacity, by type of technology used; as well as supply and disposition of electricity in Canada from utilities and industrial establishments which generate and /or distribute electric energy. Additionally, data is presented on sales and revenues by class of customers. Also presented are balance sheet and income statement data from utilities, information on direct taxes paid, employees, wages and salaries.
