This document is intended to describe the definitions, rationale, technical specifications, data availability, considerations for indicator quality and comparability, and to identify the party responsible for producing the data for each of the indicators to be reported in 2006. It will be useful for the production of data as well as for the interpretation of data by jurisdictions when they are preparing their indicator reports.
