Data sources

The primary data sources used in the compilation of the CTEA are:

• the Canadian System of Macroeconomic Accounts Supply and Use Tables[1]
• census data on employment by NAICS and National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes[2]
• the Report on Energy Supply and Demand in Canada (RESD) and CANSIM table 128-0017 Supply and demand of primary and secondary energy in natural units, annual [3]
