Police do the confirmation of organized crime-related Uniform Crime Reporting Survey (UCR) incidents after the closure of the main crime statistics database, and they only review the validity of the ones flagged as organized crime. As such, comparisons, for now, must be made with the overall UCR database as “non-organized crime” incidents cannot be reliably identified.

Note: Selected police services: Participants in Phase I 2013: Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, Halifax Regional Police Service, Service de police de la Ville de Montréal, Waterloo Regional Police Service, York Regional Police Service, Winnipeg Police Service, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, Edmonton Police Service, Vancouver Police Department, Victoria Police Department, Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, and Sûreté du Québec. Participants in Phase I 2014: Halifax Regional Police Service, Waterloo Regional Police Service, Toronto Police Service, York Regional Police Service, Regina Police Service, Vancouver Police Department, and Victoria Police Department.
