† reference category E use with caution F too unreliable to be published * significantly different from reference category (p < 0.05) 1. Includes respondents aged 18 years and over. Respondents were asked if they had ever been the victim of cyber-bullying. As such, there is no time period for cyber-bullying. 2. A census metropolitan area (CMA) consists of one or more neighbouring municipalities situated around an urban core. A CMA must have a total population of at least 100,000, of which 50,000 or more live in the core. To be included in the CMA, other adjacent municipalities must have a high degree of integration with the urban core, as measured by commuting flows derived from census data. 3. Proportions are based upon all Canadians who used the Internet at least once during the 12 months preceding the survey. 4. Proportions are based upon Internet users who reported having made online purchases during the 12 months preceding the survey. Note: CMAs for which data are too unreliable to be published are not shown in the table but are included in the calculation for all 33 CMAs. The total excludes data for Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. "Don't know" and "Not stated" categories are included in totals but not shown in the table.
