On the X axis from left to right are the total and the following age groups: 12 to 19, 20 to 34, 35 to 44, 45 to 54, 55 to 64 and 65 or older.
The percentages of respondents who reported having arthritis are the following:
- Total: men 7.3%, women 9.5%,
- Age group 12 to 19: men 11.3%, women 11.2%,
- Age group 20 to 34: men 8.0%, women 10.7%,
- Age group 35 to 44: men 6.5%, women 9.2%,
- Age group 45 to 54: men 5.8%, women 8.6%,
- Age group 55 to 64: men 5.3%, women 9.3%,
- Age group 65 or older: men 7.1%, women 8.0%.
