Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, code 4601, Prairie Mountain Health, code 4602, Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, code 4603, Northern Regional Health Authority, code 4604, and Southern Health, code 4605.

Regional Health Authorities are outlined by a thin black line and labeled in black text with their four digit health region code.
