Collective dwellings also include rooming or lodging houses, hotels, motels, tourist homes, nursing homes, hospitals, staff residences, communal quarters of military camps, work camps, jails, missions, group homes, and so on. Collective dwellings may be occupied by usual residents or solely by foreign or temporary residents. A sampling weight was applied to make the cohort more representative of the target population and to reduce bias because of missed links. Generalized bootstrap weights were derived from the final cohort weight. Bootstrap replicate weights were used to estimate appropriate standard errors and 95% CIs.
