Notes: Quebec is excluded because cases diagnosed in Quebec from 2011 onward had not been submitted to the Canadian Cancer Registry. Trends associated with a p-value > 0.05 were considered stable. Otherwise, positive (increasing) or negative (decreasing) annual percent changes were considered as actual changes in the ASIR over time. Trends were not available for Prince Edward Island because there were no cases of thyroid cancer in one or more years during the reference period.
