1. Educator remuneration includes educators' salaries, wages and allowances, but excludes fringe benefits and teachers' superannuation pension funds.
2. Excludes Educational assistants.
Note: Table 14 = Table 15 (Educator remuneration) divided by Table 12.1 (Full-time equivalent educators).
Care should be taken with cross jurisdictional comparison. The proportion of educators (comprising a mix of teachers, administrators and pedagogical support) and their respective remuneration differs in each jurisdiction.
