Annual average compensation – It is comprised of wages and salaries as well as employers' social contributions. It is defined as all compensation paid to employees. Employers' social contributions are defined as payments made by employers for the future benefit of their employees and are comprised of employers' contributions to employee welfare, pensions, workers compensation and employment insurance.
