25% of women and 17% of men experienced sexual misconduct in their workplace in the previous year.
Sexual misconduct includes inappropriate behaviours such as:

Workplace sexual misconduct and gender-based discrimination can occur at the worksite or another location where people associated through work are present.
1 in 5 LGBTQ2+ workers experienced workplace discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.
When asked whether their employer had given them information on how to identify workplace sexual harassment and sexual assault, 33% of women and 28% of men said “no”.
When asked whether their employer had given them information on how to report workplace sexual harassment and sexual assault, 32% of women and 26% of men said “no”.
When asked whether their employer had given them information on how to access resources for workplace sexual harassment and sexual assault confidentially, 34% of women and 28% of men said “no”.
82% of women and 87% of men agreed or strongly agreed that in their workplace, everyone has equal opportunities for advancement, regardless of their gender.
10% of women and 4% of men personally experienced gender-based discrimination at work.
