Keeping up with the times: Canadians and their news media diet

This study examines the frequency with which Canadians follow news and current affairs, the variety of media sources they use and whether this affects their level of civic participation, as measured by involvement  in non-voting political activities. A subsequent article will examine in greater detail the factors influencing political participation.
