It builds on previous Statistics Canada work by providing an up-to-date and in-depth analysis of trends in prostate cancer incidence, mortality and stage at diagnosis over time and by age group, including the impact of the updated (2014) Canadian prostate cancer screening guidelines. Data are from Statistics Canada's Canadian Cancer Registry and the Canadian Vital Statistics - Death Database Statistics Canada.
