Family violence in Canada: A statistical profile, 2011
This Juristat article profiles intimate partner violence (including both spousal and dating violence partners), family violence against children, and family violence against seniors. The special focus this year is family-related murder-suicides, which highlights trends, risk factors, underlying motives, and characteristics of the victims and accused.
