Investment in non-residential for Canada increased 1.3% in December compared to November 2024. Newfoundland and Labrador was down 1.8%, Prince Edward Island was up 13.9%, Nova Scotia was up 0.3%, New Brunswick was down 0.5%, Quebec was up 0.1%, Ontario was up 1.9%, Manitoba was up 4.5%, Saskatchewan was up 3.7%, Alberta was up 0.2%, British Columbia was up 0.7%, Yukon was down 0.0%, Northwest Territories was down 6.8%, Nunavut was up 6.3%.

Total investment for Canada was $6,666.3 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $27.5 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $29.6 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $107.2 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $93.8 million, total investment for Quebec was $1,294.0 million, total investment for Ontario was $2,914.8 million, total investment for Manitoba was $246.8 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $158.3 million, total investment for Alberta was $742.4 million, total investment for British Columbia was $1,018.8 million, total investment for Yukon was $16.4 million, total investment for Northwest Territories was $3.7 million, total investment for Nunavut was $13.0 million.
