Investment in non-residential construction for Canada increased 0.8% compared with November 2022. Newfoundland and Labrador was down 6.2%, Prince Edward Island was down 4.7%, Nova Scotia was up 1.3%, New Brunswick was up 1.5%, Quebec was down 0.5%, Ontario was up 2.7%, Manitoba was up 2.8%, Saskatchewan was down 1.2%, Alberta was down 0.7%, British Columbia was down 0.5%, Yukon was down 4.7%, the Northwest Territories was down 0.7%, and Nunavut was down 2.7%.

Total investment for Canada was $5,551.2 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $26.3 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $17.8 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $61.2 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $61.2 million, total investment for Quebec was $1,306.7 million, total investment for Ontario was $2,265.2 million, total investment for Manitoba was $179.0 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $116.5 million, total investment for Alberta was $678.7 million, total investment for British Columbia was $814.7 million, total investment for Yukon was $13.4 million, total investment for the Northwest Territories was $4.6 million, and total investment for Nunavut was $5.8 million.
