Investment in non-residential construction for Canada decreased by 0.9% compared with November 2021. Newfoundland and Labrador was up 0.5%, Prince Edward Island was up 35.7%, Nova Scotia was down 1.9%, New Brunswick was down 7.7%, Quebec was down 1.5%, Ontario was up 5.5%, Manitoba was down 19.0%, Saskatchewan was down 19.6%, Alberta was down 6.7%, British Columbia was down 4.4%, Yukon was down 14.5%, Northwest Territories was down 7.2% and Nunavut was up 24.6%.

Total investment for Canada was $56,232.3 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $487.7 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $282.1 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $620.3 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $658.6 million, total investment for Quebec was $12,285.0 million, total investment for Ontario was $23,830.5 million, total investment for Manitoba was $1,888.3 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $961.4 million, total investment for Alberta was $6,876.5 million, total investment for British Columbia was $8,124.6 million, total investment for Yukon was $100.6 million, total investment for Northwest Territories was $44.6 million and total investment for Nunavut was $72.0 million.

Institutional: Market share was 27.0% and total investment was $15,200.7 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 11.9% or $1,621.8 million.
