Investment in non-residential construction for Canada increased 0.9% compared with June 2021. Newfoundland and Labrador was down 1.5%, Prince Edward Island was down 1.3%, Nova Scotia was down 1.5%, New Brunswick was up 3.7%, Quebec was up 0.8%, Ontario was up 0.3%, Manitoba was up 1.9%, Saskatchewan was up 3.3%, Alberta was up 3.4%, British Columbia was up 0.0%, Yukon was up 11.6%, Northwest Territories was down 6.3%, Nunavut was up 1.4%.

Total investment for Canada was $4,643.5 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $40.0 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $26.8 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $48.4 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $57.1 million, total investment for Quebec was $993.3 million, total investment for Ontario was $1,962.4 million, total investment for Manitoba was $153.3 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $78.9 million, total investment for Alberta was $583.7 million, total investment for British Columbia was $681.5 million, total investment for Yukon was $8.3 million, total investment for Northwest Territories was $3.8 million, total investment for Nunavut was $6.0 million.

Institutional: Market share was 27.5%, total investment totalled $1,275.6 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 9.2% or $108.0 million.
