Investment in residential construction for Canada increased 1.9% compared to November 2020. Newfoundland and Labrador was down 13.2%, Prince Edward Island was down 7.6%, Nova Scotia was up 10.7%, New Brunswick was up 0.0%, Quebec was up 1.4%, Ontario was up 1.9%, Manitoba was down 5.9%, Saskatchewan was up 4.5%, Alberta was up 2.6%, British Columbia was up 4.3%, Yukon was down 16.2%, Northwest Territories was up 163.6%, total investment for Nunavut was too unreliable to be published.

Row homes: Market share was 10.4%, total investment totalled $593.9 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 16.6% or $84.6 million.
Condo and rental apartments: Market share was 46.8%, total investment totalled $2,676.7 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 13.4% or $316.1 million.
