Category 2 is coloured indigo and represents rates between 0.1% and 1.0%. It comprises 10 CSDs.

Category 3 is coloured light purple and represents rates between 1.1% and 1.7%. It comprises 8 CSDs.

Category 4 is coloured purple and represents rates between 1.8% and 2.5%. It comprises 5 CSDs.

Category 5 is coloured dark purple and represents rates between 2.6% and 7.6%. It comprises 1 CSD.

Category 6 is coloured medium grey and is used for all areas within Canada where the data are not available.

Finally, category 7 is coloured pale grey and is used for the United States of America.
