Note(s):
For the combined National Cannabis Survey analysis the original sampling weights of provincial respondents were adjusted by a factor of two (because there are two quarters); no sampling weight adjustments are needed for territorial respondents as only second quarter data are available. By combining quarters the analytical power of the survey is improved and the estimates reflect the average of the two quarters.
