Table Corrections

  • Correction date:
    • On September 1st, 2022, the colorectal cancer estimates for the 1992-2018 reference period were corrected for all age groups for the following geography: Canada excluding Quebec. The other estimates available remain unchanged.
  • Correction date:
    • On April 2, 2024, the data for Newfoundland and Labrador for reference year 2021 were updated. Additionally, the data for “Total, all primary sites of cancer”, “Non-Hodgkin lymphoma”, “Myeloma”, “Acute lymphocytic leukemia”, “Chronic lymphocytic leukemia”, “Chronic myeloid leukemia”, “Other leukemia”, and “Other, ill-defined and unknown sites” were corrected for reference years 1992 to 2020.
  • Correction date:
    • On July 24, 2026, the suppression and random rounding logic was adjusted to eliminate potential inconsistencies in displayed rounded counts of cases and associated rates for the “both sexes” category for sex-specific cancer types for the reference period 1992 to 2023.
