“persons with a usual place of residence in Canada who hold Minister’s
permits (including extensions) and members of their families living with them”
were included in the census universe.
The T1 family file (T1FF) is derived from the Canada Revenue
Agency (CRA) T1 file by Income Statistics Division of Statistics Canada.
