This is a vertical bar graph that illustrates the proportion of divorced Canadians who do not intend to remarry, by sex, from 1990 to 2006.
The Y axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of ten, 0 up to 80%.
The X axis, from left to right, shows years 1990, 1995, 2001 and 2006.
The two categories are « Men » and « Women ».
The proportion of divorced men stating that they do not wish to remarry is 48% in 1990, 52% in 1995, 60% in 2001 and 58% in 2006.
The proportion of divorced women stating that they do not wish to remarry is 50% in 1990, 52% in 1995, 66% in 2001 and 64% in 2006.
