Respondents were asked to indicate their level of agreement with each statement, on a scale of 1 (strongly agree) to 5 (strongly disagree). For the purposes of this analysis, the five response options were grouped into three categories: agree or strongly agree, neither agree nor disagree, and disagree or strongly disagree.
