À compter de juin 2008, les trois comtés (divisions de recensement) existants constitueront un autre ensemble de limites pour lequel les données infraprovinciales pertinentes de l'ESCC pourront être conservées. | |
| 2.Les six zones antérieures correspondaient à l’agrégation des neuf « District Health Authorities » (DHA). Les zones 1, 3 et 4 comprennent chacune deux DHA. Dans le cas des autres trois zones, seul le nom change, sauf une petite exception : la région de Mount Uniacke, qui auparavant faisait partie de la zone 3, est coupée par la nouvelle limite de la DHA 4. Les statistiques pour cette région (qui compte 1 114 habitants) seront incluses dans celles de la DHA 9 (région de Halifax). Par conséquent, la zone 6 est fortement comparable à la DHA 9 et la zone 3 aux DHA 4 et 5. Dans le cas de la plupart des sources de données, on ne dispose pas de données au niveau de la région socio-sanitaire pour certaines régions du Nord du Manitoba et de la Saskatchewan dont la population est faible. Pour ne pas devoir supprimer de données, on a fusionné avec des régions voisines les régions pour lesquelles la petite taille de l'échantillon ou les petits nombres observés risquaient de nuire à la qualité des données. Ainsi :la Churchill Regional Health Authority, du Manitoba (4690), a été fusionnée avec la Burntwood Regional Health Authority (4680) pour former une région appelée « Burntwood/Churchill Regional Health Authorities (4685) » et l'Athabasca Health Authority (4713), de la Saskatchewan, a été fusionnée avec la Mamawetan Churchill River Regional Health Authority (4711) et avec la Keewatin Yatthé Regional Health Authority (4712) pour former une région appelée « Mamawetan/Keewatin/Athabasca/ Regional Health Authorities (4714) » | |
| 5. Les codes des régions sociosanitaires de l’Alberta ont été mis à jour pour refléter les correspondances aux codes provinciaux. « Alberta Health and Wellness » utilise les codes R1 à R9 pour identifier les régions sociosanitaires. | |
