Canadian weights derived on a cancer-specific basis using Canadian Cancer Registry incidence data from 2010 to 2014 (see Analytical techniques). International weights were previously developed from incidence data collected for the EUROCARE-2 study (i.e., European patients diagnosed in the 1985-to-1989 period).20
