All estimates are weighted using bootstrapped sampling weights after multiple imputation for missing data. Adjusted for (a) age, (b) total usual hours worked/week, (c) marital status, (d) urban/rural dweller, (e) usual work schedule, (f) total personal income, (g) total household income from all sources, (h) household size, and (i) immigrant status.
