Friday, July 7, 2006 Week ending June 17, 2006 Highlights June 2006 Following large gains the previous month, employment was little changed in June, leaving the unemployment rate at a 32-year low of 6.1%. Since the start of the year, employment is up 1.3% or 216,000, more than double the growth of the first half of 2005.  |
