  1. Aircraft take-offs and landings at the 93 Canadian airports with NAVCANADA air traffic control towers and flight service stations decreased 6.3% in November 2010 from November 2009. These airports reported 426,547 movements in November compared with 455,466 movements in November 2009.
  1. There were 299,114 itinerant movements (flights from one airport to another) reported in November 2010.This represents a 4.8% decrease (-15,189 movements) compared with the same month a year earlier.
  1. In November 2010, there were 127,433 local movements (flights that remain in the vicinity of the airport) recorded. This represents a decrease of 9.7% (-13,730 movements) compared with the previous year. Montreal/St-Hubert, Quebec recorded the largest gain, increasing by 2,052 local movements (+23.5%).
