July 2007
- Monthly production of primary steel and pig iron fell 17.6% in July 2007 to 1,121,552 metric tonnes.
- In the same month, the total disposition of shipments of rolled steel products dropped 12.4% to 1,058,573 metric tonnes.
- Between June 2007 and July 2007, production of steel pipe and tubing dropped 33.1% to 154,790 metric tonnes.
- Total shipments of steel wire and specified wire products fell 16.8% to 39,665 metric tonnes in July 2007.
