June 2007
- Monthly production of primary steel and pig iron rose 3.4% in June 2007 to 1,360,398 metric tonnes.
- In the same month, the total disposition of shipments of rolled steel products dropped 8.4% to 1,208,289 metric tonnes.
- Between May 2007 and June 2007, production of steel pipe and tubing declined 5.5% to 231,399 metric tonnes.
- Total shipments of steel wire and specified wire products fell 3.8% to 47,695 metric tonnes in June 2007.
